Culmination of our evening out
We ate at a Chinese buffet. When you have a two year-old and you have to eat out for survival you choose a lot of fast food or buffets because two year-olds don't have the patience to wait very long in a restaurant. So tonight, faced with the influx of the tourists for the three-day weekend we were looking for the overlooked. Mike found the perfect place, a Chinese buffet. We could feed Emma shrimp and rice and french fries and broccoli and ice cream. Everyone was happy.

Then came the moment you always wait for when you eat at a Chinese restaurant, the fortune cookie. You find out your fate as designated by a random scrap of paper stuffed in a cookie that will outlast the apocalypse. Here it is...my personal moment of truth...
